David French


Dave French served as the General Manager of Analog Product Division at Fairchild Semiconductor, the General Manager of DSP Business at Analog Devices and president and CEO at Cirrus Logic. He has more than 40 years experience in the semiconductor industry,and more than 30 years experience in product development, marketing, manufacturing, strategic planning and business management. Since 2001, he has devoted himself to the Chinese semiconductor industry by serving on the board of several companies as well as SVP of NXP Semiconductors. He is now the Non-Executive Vice Chairman of ASMC, a Hong Kong listed Semiconductor company.

Winter Chan


Winter Chan comes from Singapore. He has more than 30 years Sales and Marketing management experience at US and Europe based MNCs as Asia Pacific head, within Semiconductors, LED ( Solid State Lighting), Distributions, proven record in developing direct sales and FAE teams, distributors and agent channel creation in China, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, India and ANZ. He served as Managing Director of South Asia– Arrow Electronics, VP of Sales Asia of Cirrus Logic, Future Electronics, and Cree. He’s also a member of Charter Institution of Marketing- United Kingdom.



Jesse Parker comes from Boston, Massachusetts in the US. He now lives in Chengdu, Sichuan Province China. He has lived and worked in China for more than 25 years. He was the Vice President of IBM in the Microelectronics Division. He also served as the Vice President at Softbank International Ventures responsible for global venture capital fund management. Since 2002, He has focused himself on Angel investments, Venture Capital and international Mergers & Acquisition projects including semiconductor companies. At present, he is the General Manager of Chengdu GAOZHAN Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd. Jesse is also a visiting lecturer at the Overseas College and Antai Management College of Shanghai Jiaotong University. He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.

Harvey An

Director of Business Development, Asia

Harvey has work and study experience in several cities of China, as well as in Singapore and the U.S. He now lives in Shanghai. He has been devoted to semiconductor industry over 15 years, and is familiar with automobile electronics, industry control, security monitoring, consumer electronics and medical electronics. Harvey was involved in fields like Massively Parallel Processing Computer and Artificial Intelligence early during his university period. He worked with Delphi, TI, Lite-on Semiconductor, Zhonghang Microelectronics and CR Microelectronics, and has accumulated rich experience in sales and market development. Harvey studied the course of Venture Capital in Shanghai Jiaotong University from 2008 to 2009 and served as the director of Investment and Financing Club of Jiaotong University.

David Hottenstein

Vice President of Business Development, US & EMEA

David Hottenstein has more than 30 years International Sales and Business Development experience. He started at large companies like IBM (Germany) and Cirrus Logic (GM of Taiwan). Most recently David was instrumental in leading ground-up sales and marketing initiatives at 3 different start-ups: Kenet Inc – US start-up in high speed ADC company acquired by Intersil after 3 years; Artic Silicon – Norwegian start-up company acquired by Analog Devices after 1 year; Chelsio Communications – High Speed Ethernet : US Central sales director for 4 years. David has technical depth with a MSEE and Minor in physics from Syracuse University. He possesses broad semi-conductor experience with emphasis in Power, Ethernet, Analog, Graphics, Audio, IoT, ADCs, ARM and embedded CPUs for defense, telecom, storage, networking, RF, HPC, computing and industrial markets.
