Genesis was established in 1998, a Sino-Japanese joint venture, specializing in discrete and bipolar IC design, manufacturing and sales with a total investment of 50 million US dollars, manufacturing facility of 51,000m2 and 500 employees. The company has one 4 " line, one 5" line and one assembly/testing line. Genesis’ main products are: small signal transistor, high power transistor, switching transistor, Darlington transistor, switching diode, Schottky diode, Zener diode, high frequency transistor and bipolar IC.

VisIC Technologies was founded in 2010 to develop and market high power transistor products based upon compound semiconductor Gallium Nitride (GaN) material aiming to replace most of the Silicon (Si) products used in power conversion systems. The core team consists of experts in GaN device technology and power applications. VisIC’s products are unique and differentiated providing the features system designers need, along with significant cost and performance advantages.

Advanced Dicing Technologies (ADT) offers dicing equipment with a variety of capabilities, configurations and levels of automation, as well as peripheral instrumentation and accessories, used in the dicing of silicon-based ICs, Package Singulation and hard material Microelectronic Components (MEC). Combining our equipment, dicing blades and process know-how we bring our customers comprehensive dicing solutions.
ADT was founded in August 2003 by a group of private investors who bought the dicing equipment division and blade division of Kulicke and Soffa (K&S). ADT maintains its corporate headquarters, research and development facilities, and two production plants in Yokneam, Israel.
